Cycle 6, Episodes 10: “The Girl Who Is a Model, Not a Masseuse”

Episode 9 is a recap episode, so we’re skipping it.

In a twist I never saw coming, Nnenna and Jade are besties.

There was never explicit drama between them, but I thought Jade was kind of a pariah in the competition due to her intensity.

The models meet with Rachel McCallister who gives them the standard PR pep talk about how they can manage their reputations. Basically don’t talk about your sex life even though that’s all the public is going to want to know about.

She then sends them to meet one-on-one with George Wayne, a columnist for Vanity Fair. According to his Wikipedia page, “he asks blunt and occasionally random and rude questions”. That’s perfect for ANTM.

He calls Jade an “arrogant bitch” and Nnenna a “snob”. These poor women!

Despite coming across as stuck-up, Nnenna wins the challenge. She chooses Jade to enjoy her prize of a spa treatment with her.
